A Day For The Brave
We wear the poppy on Rememberance Day,
To remember the soldiers who passed away.
We must remember these men you see,
They fought and died to save our country.
My grandpa fought in World War II
He risked his life for me and you.
But I was lucky because he came home,
Many families were left alone.
These men so young and brave,
Laying lonely in their grave,
Must be remembered by you and me,
Must be remembered so their spirits may be free.
